FSC (Forest Stewardship Council^®) - is a scheme of voluntary forest certification with the main mission to promote ecologically responsible, socially profitable and economically viable management of world forests.
Since 2015, the procedures of timber tracking on Region-Les LLC production sites have been in compliance with the requirements of the FSC-STD-40-004 supply chain
standard.

The pellet quality control system at the Shenkursk branch of Region-Les LLC meets the requirements of the ENplus^® standard, which allows producing and shipping of premium quality pellets with the ENplus A1^® statement. The factory employees who received special training carry out daily quality control of the main pellet characteristics.

The Sustainable Biomass Program (SBP) is a certification system developed for wood biomass, mainly in the form of pellets and chip used in industrial large-scale energy production. SBP has developed a certification system to ensure that wood biomass comes from legitimate and sustainable sources, and the production site has established a procedure to account for the energy costs of pellet and chip production.
The Shenkursk branch of LLC "Region-Les" is currently certified in accordance with SBP standards.
